According to Meath live , 2021/04/26 : An asylum seeker, who has been living in direct provision for 12 years with his five children, was found dead last night in Mosney Direct Provision Centre, Co Meath. Abolish Direct Provision, a grassroots organisation, campaigning to abolish the direct provision system has posted, “this is the 3rd death in Direct Provision in less than 4 months. How many more are going to die in these brutal camps??”. The group said that residents in Mosney are reported to be “devastated”.
There have been no further details released yet as to how he died.
