DUBLIN, Ireland – On May 20th, 2023, the Irish School of Ecumenics at Trinity College Dublin witnessed a momentous gathering as the Interfaith Conference on Friendship and Collaboration in Diverse Communities took place. Organized by the collaborative efforts of Places of Sanctuary, Sanctuary in Faith, and the Church of Ireland Interfaith Working Group, this conference aimed to foster friendship and collaboration among individuals from diverse faiths and cultures.
The event boasted the presence of esteemed panelists, including Fahmeda Naheed, a member and founder of the Irish Pakistani Community of Cork, as well as the Cork Regional Coordinator for the Irish Pakistani Professional Association (IPPA).
