In a celebration of diversity and multiculturalism, the POC Ireland team recently celebrated an Intercultural Day event in Laois County. The event brought together representatives from various communities to showcase their cultures and traditions, creating a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere.
The event was a great success, thanks in part to the efforts of Mr. Muhammad Usman, Mrs. Saira Asif, Mr. Ehtsham Haleem, and Mr. Asif Aziz, who represented Pakistan and the POC team. They brought their own unique perspectives and experiences to the event, helping to make it a truly memorable occasion.
Throughout the day, attendees were treated to a wide range of cultural performances, including music, dance, and storytelling. There were also food stalls offering traditional dishes from different countries, giving visitors the chance to sample a variety of international cuisines.
