Pakistani Golfers Ireland raised €10,000 for St. Laurence’s National School in Baldoyle during their annual Pakistan Golf Cup at Powerscourt Golf Club. The funds will support literacy and numeracy resources aligned with the new Maths curriculum. This year marked the event’s first charitable focus, with donations from tee sponsorships and individual contributions. Over 60 golfers participated, including distinguished diplomats. Dr. Nasir Awan, the club’s chairman, praised the Irish community’s support, pledging continued efforts to assist local causes.
