As part of Mission’s activities for promotion of economic diplomacy, the Embassy of Pakistan, Dublin in collaboration with Pakistan-Ireland Business Council (PIBC) organized a virtual meeting on 18 February 2022.The meeting focused on networking and its role in promoting business activities. A large number of participants both Pakistanis and Irish representing various companies/ businesses participated. Pakistani businesswomen also attended the meeting.
H.E Shuja Alam Ambassador of Pakistan in Ireland welcomed the participants to the meeting. In his statement, he informed them about the efforts made by Mission for promotion of Pak-Ireland Business relations. While highlighting importance of networking, he said that the Mission was extending full support for growth and development of PIBC member companies and businesses by providing networking opportunities from various platforms including PIBC.
The participants appreciated Mission’s efforts including the establishment of PIBC . During the meeting, many Irish business owners, bankers, and Service providers made presentations and provided information to the Pakistani businesses in Ireland on how to benefit from business networking and to integrate with other Irish businesses.
The Mission will continue to organize similar meetings of the PIBC in future.
